Zusammenfassung

Eversource Energy is seeking a senior supervisor to lead the safe, timely construction, operation, maintenance, and emergency restoration of electric distribution and transmission systems in Western CT. You will coordinate across departments, enforce a safety-first culture, and drive customer-focused service while managing field crews.

The role supports large capital projects in western CT, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors; travel between MA/CT/NH may be required;

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience is required.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required; DOT Driver’s License preferred; Qualified Lineman preferred.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for the safe execution of field activities and set safety expectations.
• Makes decisions and prioritizes work to ensure safe and appropriate use of resources.
• Sets clear expectations and provides ongoing feedback to employees regarding their performance; conducts performance reviews.
• Coordinates work with other utilities, Eversource departments and outside contractors to ensure timely execution.
