Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead the safe, timely, and efficient execution of field work for electric distribution and transmission systems. You will coordinate with multiple teams, enforce safety culture, manage budgets, and ensure customer-focused service.

Based in New Hampshire with travel to MA/CT/NH and on-call storm duties; you will supervise personnel, perform performance reviews, and liaise with external agencies to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
Minimum of five years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Valid Motor Vehicle License required; D.O.T. Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the safe execution of field activities for electric distribution and transmission systems.
Set safety expectations and address safety concerns promptly.
Prioritize work to ensure efficient use of resources and on-time completion.
Coordinate with unions, other departments, and external contractors.
Prepare, review, and approve time, expense, and material records per guidelines.
Participate in storm duty and on-call rotation as required.
