Job summary

Eversource Energy seeks a Construction Supervisor to lead the safe, timely execution of large capital projects across western CT. You will coordinate contractor work, materials, and switching orders while aligning with Customer Care, Engineering, Warehousing, and external stakeholders.

The role requires 5–10 years of supervisory field experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel between MA/CT/NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
• 5–10 years of related field leadership experience preferred.
• Previous experience in electric distribution or utility operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe execution of field activities and set safety expectations.
• Prioritize work and allocate resources efficiently within budget.
• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Engineering, Warehousing/Transportation, and Stations Operations; liaise with municipalities and other utilities.
• Manage contractor workforce, material ordering, and scheduling; ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports on district performance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and storm duty as required.
