Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate daily crew work, train staff, and enforce safety policies on job sites. You will work closely with management to plan recruiting, deadlines, and safety protocols while maintaining strong customer relations and reporting on crew performance.

The role requires CDL driving, travel for storm work, and the ability to operate under field conditions with independent action. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Capable of independent action in field conditions.
• Valid CDL and safe driving ability.
• Ability to travel for storm work.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Measures and reports crew performance and timesheets.
• Maintains equipment and trucking safety compliance.
• Communicates with property owners to obtain access and coordinate work.
• Keeps barriers and safety signs to protect the public.
• Investigates minor damage claims as needed.
