Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven Client Operations & Growth Manager to own a portfolio of commercial clients, deliver exceptional service, and grow revenue across your accounts. You will conduct site visits, lead field teams, and manage contracts and pricing conversations with executives.

You will build trusted relationships, drive account retention, and pursue new revenue opportunities while maintaining CRM records and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in B2B account management or related fields.
• Proven ability to retain clients and grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Strong commercial instincts with comfort discussing service performance and pricing with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of commercial clients and drive revenue growth.
• Build trusted executive-level client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Lead service-provider performance and coordinate account launches.
• Maintain CRM records, inspections, and revenue opportunities.
• Travel to client facilities throughout East Knoxville and the Tri-Cities.
