Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a results-driven Client Operations & Growth Manager to own a portfolio of commercial accounts in East Knoxville and the Tri-Cities. You will foster executive-level relationships, manage onboarding and ongoing service delivery, and drive revenue growth through added services and operational leadership.

The role emphasizes accountability, field presence, and ownership of outcomes, with a clear path to leadership positions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B account management or related field
• Proven track record of retaining clients and growing revenue
• Comfort discussing pricing, contracts and growth opportunities with decision-makers
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Excellent judgment, communication, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers and be their go-to resource for facility-service needs
• Own the client experience from onboarding through ongoing service delivery and retention
• Conduct regular site visits and quality-control inspections
• Anticipate issues and drive resolution with proactive communication
• Lead service partners and contractors to ensure quality and coverage
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and drive revenue growth
