Job summary

Traba is seeking a Field Operator to serve as the in-market operational hands, recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the market. You will foster community partnerships, run onboarding sessions, and ensure workers are vetted and ready for their first shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English & Spanish required.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong recruiting instincts and ability to source, screen, and convert candidates.
• Comfortable running large group onboarding sessions.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor representing Traba with workers, partners, and client stakeholders.
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and locations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable in fast-paced warehouse and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Worker Relationship Management: build relationships across the market and manage the experience from recruiting through placement.
• Community & Partner Relationships: maintain ties with workforce centers and local partners to drive pipeline and brand presence.
• Worker Vetting & Onboarding: oversee vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end.
• Worker Funnel Management: manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and conversion to placement-ready workers.
• New Start Scheduling: coordinate interviews and start schedules across customer sites.
• PPE & On-Site Support: distribute PPE and provide on-site presence as needed.
• Communication & Reporting: provide proactive feedback to Traba HQ on market trends and coverage risks.
