Traba is seeking a Field Operator to support in-market operations, recruitment, onboarding, and preparation of workers for placement across the market. You will interact with multiple customer sites, build partnerships, run onboarding sessions, and ensure workers are vetted and ready on their first shift.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong recruiting instincts and candidate conversion ability.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and group sessions.
• Ability to source, screen, and place applicants.
• Able to work across multiple sites and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Worker Relationship Management: build relationships with workers from recruitment through placement and provide updates and support.
• Community & Partner Relationships: drive worker pipeline with workforce centers and local partners.
• Worker Vetting & Onboarding: oversee vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end.
• Worker Funnel Management: manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and placement-ready candidates.
• New Start Scheduling: coordinate interviews and start times across customer sites.
• PPE & On-Site Support: distribute PPE and provide on-site presence as needed.
• Communication & Reporting: provide feedback and flag market trends to Traba HQ.
