Job summary

Traba is seeking a Field Operator to serve as the in-market operational face, recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across multiple sites. You will manage the worker funnel from sourcing to placement, run onboarding sessions, and ensure workers are vetted and ready for their first shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English & Spanish a plus, not required.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments such as staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, or food service.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with workers across the market from recruitment through placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers and local partners to drive worker pipeline.
• Oversee worker vetting and onboarding end-to-end, including large group onboarding sessions when volume calls for it.
