Job summary

Terminix is seeking a skilled recruiting and training supervisor in Wisconsin to lead technician hiring, coaching, and performance management. You will drive staff development, maintain service quality, and help ensure high customer retention across branches.

You will also monitor scheduling, safety, and regulatory compliance while partnering with leadership to optimize staffing levels and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and regular cadence of accountability to maximize technician success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns and ensure service quality.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling to ensure appointments are completed efficiently.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Maintain inventory levels of pest/termite control products.
