Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Field Operations Technician to support restoration, maintenance, and installation of telecommunications networks across North America. You will perform MACD on Nokia, Infinera, and Ciena gear, install copper and fiber cabling, and test circuits with OTDRs.

You’ll work independently in the field, uphold Ledcor safety standards, and deliver reliable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in telecommunications field service or related installation work.
• Strong customer-focused approach and problem-solving abilities.
• Degree or diploma from a technical college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and repair of internet services and cabling.
