Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Prior people leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional athlete experiences by providing product knowledge and friendly service.
• Uphold merchandising standards, price changes, and floor texture presentation.
• Participate in 30–60–90 day plans with leadership to support priorities and staffing.
• Lead sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and development of direct reports.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; hold teammates accountable.
