United Uptime is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to service, construction, and installation teams. You will coordinate field activities, process work orders, and maintain clear communication with customers to ensure service excellence.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support service, construction, and installation activities.
• Process work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project status, and service inquiries.
• Maintain operational records and documentation.
• Assist with parts ordering, receiving, inventory tracking, and organization.
• Support warehouse operations, including stocking, shipping, receiving, and material handling.
• Collaborate with field personnel and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
