Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Field Ops Supervisor to lead yard and transportation operations, supervise drivers and technicians, and ensure efficient routing and service delivery. The role requires coordinating with Operations Coordinators, Routers, and other departments to keep customers satisfied.

You will review paperwork, manage payroll time punches, and uphold DOT safety and training programs, while developing staff and maintaining adequate staffing levels to meet branch needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year/Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all yard activities; supervise Technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pickups, and deliveries for routing efficiencies.
• Analyze and report on operations: routing, labor, overtime, fuel, and customer care.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet customer and branch needs.
• Assist with coordinating logistics for special events and asset services.
