Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Field Ops Supervisor to lead yard operations and supervise drivers and technicians. You will coordinate routes and deliveries to ensure efficiency and superior customer care.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of leadership, a valid driver's license, and strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities. You will partner with multiple departments to maintain safety and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience leading a diverse team.
• Customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all yard activities; supervise technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pickups, and deliveries for routing efficiency.
• Analyze operations data and report on performance and safety.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet branch needs and safety programs.
• Review driver paperwork and payroll-related time entries.
• Operate a variety of company vehicles and assist as needed.
