Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Field Ops Supervisor to lead yard and transportation operations. You will supervise technicians and drivers, coordinate routes, and drive routing efficiencies while maintaining staffing to meet customer needs.

You will analyze operational data, collaborate with other departments, and administer safety and payroll processes. This role requires 2+ years of leadership and a valid driver license, with a associates degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate yard activities and supervise Technicians for efficient ops.
• Coordinate routes, pickups, and deliveries with Routers for best routing efficiencies.
• Analyze operations metrics and report on routing, labor, fuel, and customer care.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure clear communication and resolve issues.
• Coordinate asset transfers with other yards and maintain staffing levels.
• Review driver paperwork and payroll-related forms for accuracy.
• Administer safety program with Safety & HR and conduct training as needed.
