Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Field Ops Supervisor to lead yard operations and oversee drivers, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery across our sites. You will manage routing, coordinate with the Operations Coordinator, review paperwork and payroll times, and supervise a diverse team across multiple yards, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have DOT compliance experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• DOT compliance, fleet management, and routing experience.
• Minimum 2 Year/Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all activities for the yard. Supervises all Technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pick-ups, and deliveries to ensure routing efficiencies.
• Analyze and report on operational activities (routing, labor, fuel, service quality).
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
• Coordinate asset transfers with other yards as needed.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet needs.
• Assist with logistics for special events and asset service.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and payroll.
• Review time punches and schedule time off.
• Administer fleet DOT records and safety program with HR.
• Conduct employee development and performance reviews.
• Operate a variety of company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
