Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Field Ops Supervisor to lead yard and transportation operations, supervising drivers and technicians to ensure efficient routes and on-time deliveries. The role requires leadership, coordination across departments, and adherence to safety standards.

The successful candidate will analyze operational data, manage staffing, and support events with logistic expertise while maintaining strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year/Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field and/or training.
• Minimum of 2 years proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all activities for the yard. Supervises all Technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pick-ups, and deliveries to ensure routing efficiencies.
• Analyze and report on operational activities (routing efficiency, labor, overtime, fuel, etc.).
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent communication within the division and resolve issues.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet customer and branch needs.
