Job summary

Stellar is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for Baker County, FL to support daily field operations and collaborate with the Superintendent to meet project standards. This role focuses on coordinating trades, maintaining drawings, and tracking progress on site.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in common project software and a willingness to travel as required. This position is on-site with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily operations of the construction department.
• Ensure all construction activities meet the organization's standards.
• Oversee and coordinate all trades on the project per Superintendent’s direction.
• Maintain and distribute up-to-date drawings and specifications.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supplies and equipment onsite.
