Job summary

Stellar is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support on-site operations in Norton Shores, MI. You will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure that field activities meet project standards and deadlines.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with experience in project management and site coordination. Travel and long hours on active construction sites may be required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in standard computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily field operations.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors according to Superintendent direction.
• Maintain up-to-date drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report milestones.
• Assist in development/implementation of quality and safety policies.
• Schedule and plan construction activities.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure workmanship and schedule adherence.
