Job summary

The Stellar Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for Baker County, FL to support daily field office operations and ensure construction activities meet the highest standards. You will work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate trades, maintain drawings, monitor progress, and uphold safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to travel up to 75% within the

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-trade construction sites.
• Proficiency with standard computer software and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily operations of the construction department.
• Oversee and coordinate all trades and subcontractors per Superintendent guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date drawings and specifications and monitor progress against schedule.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment necessary for on-site tasks.
• Support development and implementation of quality and safety policies.
• Assist in scheduling and planning construction activities and inspections.
