Qualifications

• 5+ years direct experience in Telecommunications Field Operations.
• Experience as a senior/lead technician or supervisor.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage customer relationships and escalations.
• Proven ability to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and execute operational goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field technicians with coaching, training, skill assessments, and performance management emphasizing safety.
• Manage scheduling, workload balancing, resource allocation, and staffing within field operations.
• Improve customer experience by reviewing feedback, resolving service concerns, and leading issue escalations.
• Coordinate emergency response and on-call coverage during service disruptions and off-hours.
• Oversee field logistics, tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials, coordinating with workforce planning.
