Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks a Regional Service Manager to oversee Service Managers and technicians within a defined region, driving operational excellence and profitable service execution. You will guide teams, monitor training, and ensure adherence to policies while coordinating with customers to meet service needs.

Responsibilities include establishing procedures, improving billing efficiency, and maximizing technician utilization, with travel up to 75% and a focus on sustainable service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of progressive field service or operations experience, preferably with material handling.
• Excellent communication, planning, negotiating, troubleshooting, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements operations procedures and guidelines to ensure repair orders, installations, or PM visits are completed professionally and on time with solid profit margins.
• Provides direction to Service Managers and technicians; monitors training to ensure quality and enforces policies accordingly.
• Sets goals and objectives for Service Managers and technicians to meet current and future service needs.
• Ensure Service Managers and technicians service billing efficiency ratio is at or above 75%.
• Aim to achieve technician utilization of at least 85%.
• Address all service and warranty issues promptly and accurately.
• Analyze and ensure profitability of planned maintenance programs.
• Ensure training targets are achieved and maintained across areas with established expectations.
• Interact with key customers for escalation and ensure all service needs are met.
