MetaOption, LLC is hiring a Field Operations - Project Manager to oversee field activities for residential, mixed-use, and commercial land development from preconstruction to completion.

You will coordinate meetings, inspections, utility coordination, and stakeout activities while ensuring compliance with plans and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of field operations and land development project management experience.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for land development projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate preconstruction meetings, lot walks, inspections, and utility coordination.
• Monitor site conditions to ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain daily field logs documenting activities, weather, workforce and equipment.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet project milestones.
• Review and approve invoices and change orders; track costs and progress.
