• Previous management or supervisory experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field required.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping operations, field production, crew management, and scheduling.
• Experience managing multiple crews and jobs simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and employee management skills.
• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, job specifications, and schedules.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscaping production and field operations.
• Supervise Foremen, Crew Leaders, and field crews to ensure safe, efficient work to standards.
• Coordinate daily and weekly schedules, labor, equipment, materials, and jobsite priorities.
• Monitor job progress, productivity, labor hours, and project performance.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to review quality, safety, productivity, and crew performance.
• Maintain production records and provide regular updates to management.
