Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Field Operations Specialist in Denver to ensure vacant homes are secure, inspected, and ready for move-in. The role requires basic maintenance skills and the ability to manage keys, lock boxes, and fleet tasks.

You will perform inspections, document conditions, and support administrative tasks while upholding safety and security policies across properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in either property management or a maintenance/inspections related field.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Walks assigned homes to ensure vacant on-market homes are move-in ready and inspected.
• Re-keys homes and prepares them for move-in, manages keys and garage remotes.
• Performs light maintenance (batteries, bulbs, filters, minor repairs) as needed.
• Post notices, take photos, and communicate status to team members.
