Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to ensure vacant rental homes are secure and move-in ready. The role involves inspecting homes, performing light maintenance, re-keying, and coordinating with teams to prepare properties for new residents.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in property maintenance or related fields, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in property management or a maintenance/inspections related field.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Property maintenance and repair skillset preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Comfortable with Technology (Salesforce and Yardi knowledge a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Always maintain valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Walks assigned homes to ensure vacant on-market homes are move-in ready.
• Conducts quality control, move-in inspections, home curation, and cataloging.
• Performs basic maintenance tasks (replacing batteries, bulbs, filters; minor winterization).
• Prepares homes for scheduled move-in, re-keys and manages keys, tests security devices.
• Submits service requests and performs light cleaning to improve presentation.
