Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to ensure vacant homes are secure and rentals are ready for new residents. The role includes walking properties, performing inspections, and conducting light maintenance to ensure homes are market-ready with proper key management and remote garage access.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a willingness to drive to various properties.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable with technology such as Salesforce or Yardi is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Walks assigned homes to ensure vacant on-market homes are move-in ready.
• Conducts quality control, move-in inspections, home curation, and cataloging.
• Performs light maintenance tasks such as changing batteries, bulbs, filters, and winterization.
• Prepares home for move-in by re-keying and managing keys and garage remotes.
