Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or maintenance/inspections preferred.
• Reliability and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Walks vacant homes and ensures move-in readiness.
• Performs basic maintenance such as changing batteries, bulbs, filters.
• Manages keys, re-keys and door access; coordinates with team.
• Documents condition with photos and communicates status.
• Supports courteous resident-facing and administrative duties.
