Job summary

Progress Residential PM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to ensure vacant homes are secure and move-in ready. You will walk properties, perform inspections, and re-key as needed to keep homes market-ready.

Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, verifying utilities, and overseeing basic maintenance while adhering to safety and policy standards. A valid driver′s license is required and reliable transportation a must.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability with transportation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Walks assigned homes to ensure move-in readiness and security.
• Performs quality control, inspections, and home curation.
• Assists with basic maintenance (batteries, bulbs, filters, winterization).
• Prepares homes for move-in including re-keying and key management.
• Submits service requests and performs light cleaning as needed.
