Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Walk vacant homes to ensure move-in readiness.
• Conduct move-in inspections and home curation.
• Perform light maintenance (batteries, bulbs, filters, winterization).
• Prepare home for move-in and manage keys/garage remotes.
• Submit vacant service requests as needed.
• Assist with administrative customer service tasks.
