Job summary

Schuff Steel is seeking a Field Administrator in Phoenix, AZ to accurately enter employee hours and support payroll processing on a regular, non-exempt basis. This role focuses on collecting timesheets, ensuring correct hours, job codes, and cost codes, and safeguarding data integrity.

You will resolve payroll discrepancies, prepare summary reports, and provide general administrative support in a busy field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of applicable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, audit, and input daily/weekly timesheets with accurate hours, job codes, and cost codes.
• Support payroll by ensuring timely submission of attendance data.
• Resolve payroll issues and coordinate with Payroll and HR to correct discrepancies.
• Produce summary reports and provide general administrative support.
• Serve as point of contact for onsite payroll check distribution.
