Job summary

Real Time Consulting, LLC is seeking a Payroll and Accounts Payable Administrator in Phoenix, AZ. The role combines payroll, AP, and HR administration with full-charge bookkeeping responsibilities for a mid-size operation.

The successful candidate will handle multi-state payroll, quarterly tax filings, AP processing, vendor relations, and benefits administration, reporting to the Accounting & Business Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant corporate experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a big plus; Evolution Payroll Software is a big plus.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Word and MS Outlook skills.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel experience.
• Strong analytical skills and good judgement.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, peers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration for 40-60 employees, multi-state, including audits.
• Full-cycle Accounts Payable coding, processing, and check issuance.
• Vendor relations, contract review, and backup documentation management.
• HR administration including onboarding/offboarding and benefits coordination.
• General administrative tasks as assigned and cross-functional support.
