Granite Construction Incorporated is seeking a payroll administrator to perform administrative and operational support with an emphasis on field payroll. You will assist with timecard processing, wage determinations, and payroll reporting for project teams.

Qualifications

• Requires strong payroll administrative experience and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage concepts preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing to ensure accurate timecard processing and wage reporting.
• Develop knowledge of collective bargaining agreements to ensure correct wage determinations.
• Maintain payroll-related records and update procedures and workflows.
• Provide administrative support to project managers, supervisors, and field personnel.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, vendor setup, and contract billings as needed.
