Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in AP/payroll and familiarity with construction or manufacturing settings. You will handle vendor invoices, payroll data, onboarding, HR records, and routine admin tasks, while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, payroll, HR, or office admin roles.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or commercial real estate as a blue-collar environment.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience for hourly labor.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with ERP or timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and enter vendor and subcontractor invoices.
• Verify invoice documentation, POs, and supporting records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with payments.
• Collect, review, and process timekeeping and payroll data.
• Coordinate onboarding, personnel records, and employment documentation.
• Track PTO, attendance, and HR records.
• Assist with recruiting coordination and applicant communications.
• Maintain filing systems, supplies, and admin records.
• Answer calls, correspondence, and visitor inquiries.
• Support management with reporting and data entry.
