Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability to maximize retention and service quality. This role ensures staffing levels, monitors performance, and maintains regulatory compliance across branches.

The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with staff and customers. Travel within assigned territories may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and regular cadence of accountability to maximize technician success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance (ride-alongs and audits).
• Respond diligently to customer concerns and ensure service quality to maximize retention.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to close staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling for efficient customer appointments and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory levels of pest/termite control products and equipment.
