Responsibilities

• Recruit/hire residential/commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Address customer concerns promptly and compassionately to protect retention.
• Ensure service quality and safety standards are met and regulatory compliance is followed.
• Fill in on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps when needed.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure efficient appointment completion.
• Maintain inventory of pest control and home services products.
