Responsibilities

• Reflects the Northwest Way in daily operations.
• Grow and expand the service center internally and externally.
• Build strong relationships with customers to create Loyalty.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the service center operations.
• Administer and communicate policies and procedures.
• Monitor service center budget and performance.
• Lead, train and develop technicians and office staff.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment and chemicals.
