Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily assigned revenue is completed.
• Maintain a high level of service quality.
• Standardize service routes to improve density and efficiency.
• Schedule and review daily routes with technicians.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate and provide training for service personnel.
• Maintain truck inventory and vehicle licenses.
• Assist General/Branch Manager as needed.
• Work weekends to support technicians.
