Job summary

Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is seeking a Service Center Manager in the United States. You will lead day-to-day service-center operations, supervise technicians and office staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting revenue and safety goals.

You will collaborate with leadership to implement Northwest standards, manage partnerships in the field, and promote a culture of growth, training, and community involvement across our Southeast footprint.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a Northwest Family of Brands service center or related experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Northwest systems such as ServSuite, SharePoint, Outlook.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Reflects the Northwest Way and drives growth of the service center.
• Directs and coordinates the operations of the service center.
• Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create “Customers for Life”
• Plans, directs and coordinates service center operations to meet goals.
• Administers and communicates corporate policies and procedures.
