Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in Florida to lead a high‑performance service operation and develop a skilled team of professionals. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and proactive customer engagement while supporting community service initiatives.

You’ll train and mentor technicians, manage routes and scheduling, and drive customer satisfaction to support revenue growth. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation after completion of paid training
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management
• Lead training meetings
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed course of action, and delivery of outstanding empathetic customer service every time
• Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services and technology
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity
