Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Manager Field Ops to oversee all branch operations. You will manage dispatchers, technicians, drivers, and yard staff to deliver reliable service and routes that maximize efficiency.

You will review paperwork, monitor service levels, and collaborate across departments to address issues. Growth-focused leadership and budget oversight are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with dispatch procedures and multi-stop routing.
• Valid Class C driver license.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of dispatcher/routers, service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, fence crew(s), and shop.
• Review paperwork including manifests, routing tickets, DVIRs for accuracy.
• Monitor service levels and deliveries; recommend efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure clear regional communication.
• Resolve customer service & delivery issues; coordinate asset transfers with other branches.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet branch needs; manage overtime.
