Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Manager Field Ops in the United States to oversee all branch operations, including dispatch, fleet management, and service delivery. The role focuses on improving efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction across the region.

The position requires leadership of diverse teams, strong planning and communication skills, and experience with routing systems. A two-year degree and several years of related leadership experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year / Associates Degree from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of dispatcher/routers, service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, fence crew(s), and shop.
• Review of all paperwork including manifests, routing tickets, DVIRs, etc. for completion and accuracy.
• Monitor all service levels and deliveries to ensure the best efficiencies. Recommend measures to improve operational practices and quality of customer care.
• Work directly with other departments to ensure excellent/positive communication within the region.
• Work with various departments to resolve customer service & delivery issues. Work with Operations Managers at other branches to coordinate asset transfers.
