PMI U.S. is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead the 7-Eleven account nationwide, coordinating both Corporate and Franchisee execution of national programs.

You will build partnerships with 7-Eleven Corporate and FOA leadership, drive promotions, merchandising support, and in-store execution. You will analyze market trends, track sales and planogram compliance, and deliver business reviews with the Key Account Manager.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in food, convenience, mass merchandise, or consumer goods; 7-Eleven experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the 7-Eleven account nationwide, supporting Corporate and FOA execution of national programs.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with 7-Eleven Corporate personnel and FOA leadership through relationship management, promotions, merchandising support, and customer engagement.
• Support national 7-Eleven initiatives, including promotional programs, planogram compliance, pricing execution, and product availability.
• Assess market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities; provide recommendations and insights to the Key Account Manager.
• Track and report sales, promotional, and merchandising performance against objectives.
• Achieve assigned sales volume and market share targets.
• Travel up to 75%.
