Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant experience accepted
• 3+ years of sales experience in food, convenience, mass merchandise, or consumer goods
• 7‑Eleven experience preferred
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Fluent in English; legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for local 7‑Eleven Corporate operations and FOA HQ, ensuring successful execution of national retailer programs.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with 7‑Eleven Corporate personnel and FOA leadership through relationship management, promotions, merchandising support, and customer engagement.
• Support national 7‑Eleven initiatives, including promotional programs, planogram compliance, pricing execution, and product availability.
• Assess market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities; provide recommendations to the Key Account Manager.
• Track and report sales, promotional, and merchandising performance against objectives.
• Achieve assigned sales volume and market share targets.
• Partner with the Retail Team to provide training on 7‑Eleven systems and ensure flawless in-store execution.
