Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead the 7‑Eleven account, coordinating corporate and franchise execution of national programs.

You will build strong partnerships with 7‑Eleven Corporate and FOA leadership and ensure effective promotions, pricing, and product availability across markets. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in consumer goods sales, a bachelor’s degree, and excellent presentation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in food, convenience, mass merchandise, or consumer goods; 7‑Eleven experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver persuasive, fact-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for local 7‑Eleven Corporate operations and FOA HQ, ensuring successful execution of national retailer programs.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with 7‑Eleven Corporate personnel and FOA leadership through relationship management, promotions, merchandising support, and customer engagement.
• Support national 7‑Eleven initiatives, including promotional programs, planogram compliance, pricing execution, and product availability.
• Assess market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities; provide recommendations to the Key Account Manager.
• Track and report sales, promotional, and merchandising performance against objectives.
• Achieve assigned sales volume and market share targets.
• Partner with the Retail Team to provide training on 7‑Eleven systems and in-store execution.
• Support FOA trade shows, board meetings, and local events to strengthen partnerships and grow sales.
• Develop and deliver customer presentations, including business reviews and new product introductions.
• Conduct field market visits and provide quarterly updates to regional leadership.
• Analyze syndicated data (Nielsen) and distributor shipments to identify growth opportunities.
