Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Service Manager to oversee preventative maintenance, specialized services and national programs across an extensive store network. You will lead Program Coordinators and technicians, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with outsourced providers.

Responsibilities include field site visits, KPI reviews, and stakeholder collaboration to drive service excellence across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Coordinators, technicians, and outsourced providers for maintenance programs.
• Oversee ~350 stores within the assigned area and ensure regulatory conformance.
• Monitor budgets, cost reductions, and capital spend using BI data.
• Conduct field visits to verify service levels and compliance.
• Represent Facilities in cross-functional meetings with Operations and Franchisees.
