Valet Living, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Leaders, optimize processes, and deliver superior client service. The role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and hands-on involvement in daily field operations.

You will develop budgets, forecast staffing, and partner with Recruiting to maintain coverage, while ensuring safety and compliance across field sites. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership experience with budget and reporting responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams while driving results.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills to support decision-making.
• Project management skills; organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-focused with ability to build lasting relationships.
• HR knowledge including hiring and performance management.
• Problem solving and decision making under pressure.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Teams: Coach and support Area Leaders, driving engagement and accountability.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Use data analysis to improve processes, productivity, and service delivery.
• Financial Management: Develop budgets, monitor expenses, report on financial performance.
• Own Staffing Strategy: Forecast staffing needs and partner with Recruiting for coverage.
• Ensure Systems Compliance: Lead training and enforce standards for safety and service protocols.
• Client Partnership: Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Expand services and grow client relationships.
• Field Operations: Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety standards.
