Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC, based in Lenexa, KS, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety across staff, resources, and workflows. The role drives continuous improvement and aligns operations with financial targets while supporting excellent customer service.

You will lead teams, implement process improvements, manage labor planning, procurement, and safety compliance, and report KPIs using BrightPath and Power BI to enable

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in landscape or business field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in construction or landscaping, with 2–3 years of management.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Proficient in MS Office and company systems (FSM, BrightPath).
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Lead, train and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Execute weekly/monthly labor planning; manage costs and resources.
• Source products, manage inventory and supplier relations.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance; perform audits.
• Track KPIs and report to Branch Manager using BrightPath & Power BI.
• Ensure high customer service levels and jobsite quality.
• Lead and coordinate operational projects; manage scope and timeline.
• Plan for future resource needs and capacity; collaborate across departments.
• Coordinate with Office Admin, Operations, Sales, and Account Management.
