Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day branch operations, drive efficiency and safety, and lead staff to meet financial and operational targets while complying with company policies. The role drives continuous improvement, coordinates procurement and inventory, and ensures customer service excellence.

Proficiency with BrightPath, Power BI, and FSM is required; 7+ years in construction/landscaping with 2–3 years of management are expected; bilingual

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a landscape or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
• 2–3 years of management experience within landscape or service industry.
• Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and company systems (FSM, BrightPath, MFP/WAR).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Forecast weekly/monthly labor, manage expenses, and allocate resources.
• Source products from vendors and manage inventory; schedule maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements; perform audits.
• Track KPIs and report operational performance to the Branch Manager.
• Coordinate projects to meet timelines, scope, and growth goals.
• Plan staffing, equipment, and technology needs to meet demand.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on operations strategies.
